His experience includes working with Shell leaders from the Middle East, Nigeria, Russia, Malaysia, China, The Philippines, Brunei, Venezuela, and many others. Ken pays special attention to the ways in which leader effectiveness is expressed in non-Western cultures.
More than 25 years of focus on large organizations. Ken has helped IBM, Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, Dell, Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, ATT, SBC Communications, FedEx, Dow, and others build leader effectiveness.
Personal experience as a leader. Ken has led five bottom-line businesses and three staff departments. His largest organization was 131 people in five divisions.
Experience guiding organizational change. Ken has led large scale change initiatives in five situations that lasted at least two years.
Experience creating new business. Ken has started numerous new programs from the ground up, taking the steps necessary to ensure their success and profitability.
